Staff Mediation Incentives

DJS Mediation Services (DJS) can resolve conflict professionally, effectively, privately, and economically.

Our Staff Mediation Incentives program allows your business to grant employees an alternative means to address work-related conflict, as well as issues outside of the professional environment. This program improves productivity by reducing staff tension and preventing escalation.

This program is not the same as other legal benefits or other incentives you may currently offer to your employees. Unlike referral services, DJS Mediation Services is responsible for managing the case from intake to final resolution.

The Staff Mediation Incentives program benefits your organization by:

    There are no other programs that can compare to our Staff Mediation Incentives program. We are not just another referral service: we start the resolution process at the initial contact. Our professional mediators are personally involved in the dispute and guide the parties towards resolving the conflict.

    DJS Mediators are qualified, independent mediation professionals.

    Staff Mediation Incentive Options:

    Covenant Membership
    This plan lets employers or businesses make all service offerings from DJS Mediation available at a 30% reduction on hourly fees. Your organization pays a monthly premium per enrolled employee to provide this benefit.
    Alternatively, individual employees may create personal accounts and pay the monthly premiums. This is a good choice for family matters.
    Retainer Agreement Options
    Organizations of all sizes can choose to provide regular services in the future through routine monthly payments. These services may include executive training, staff workshops, individual coaching and conflict management. Additionally the retainer option may be used by designated members to cover the cost of any of our services to resolve private matters.
